Weekend in Paris: Cathédrale de Notre Dame

On Sunday morning I went to mass at the cathédrale de notre dame which was actually amazing. Anyone remember the film the Hunchback of Notre-Dame? Yeah well it pretty much looked the same as that except without the dancing Parisians. I read along to the scriptures in French and tried to join in as much as possible. I accidentally said “peace be with you” in English and got the weirdest look from the recipient. After the ceremony was finished, my friends and I walked around the cathedral and did all the touristy things. It is such a perfect example of architecture and beauty. Even the gargoyle’s were there!
